Das mit dem Sommer hat sich dann wohl langsam wirklich erledigt. Doch der Herbst bringt auch die vielen Musiker zurück, die ihren Sommer in Studios verbracht haben, um euch die passenden Hits für die Abende zu Hause zu liefern. Kill It Kid zum Beispiel, die mit ihrem Mix aus Blues und Grunge auf jeden Fall gut in den September passen. "You Owe Nothing", das dritte Album der Band, erscheint in zwei Tagen, vier Songs daraus könnt ihr euch schon vorab anhören. Und weitere acht haben wir jetzt hier für euch!

My mum used to play a lot of Scott Joplin and ragtime on the piano, so probably that.

We seem to have "Maybe I'm Amazed" by The Faces on repeat at the moment.

Oh it was something dreadful at a school disco like Celine Dion or something!

"Go, Leave" by Kate McGarrigle is a heartbreaking song both lyrically and in the way it is sung.
Which song makes you enter the stage of a karaoke-bar?
No song. Ever! Karaoke is terrifying.
Which song do you like – although you are embarrassed to admit it?
Too many. I can't pretend I don't love a well written pop song.
Which song makes you leave the club?
Anything that doesn't have a filthy beat!
The best concert of your life.
We saw Villagers recently in a small local venue and they absolutely blew me away. Also Kings of Leon at Rock Am Ring was amazing as I had never seen them live before.
